Our Story
At NapSac Wine Tours, we have a deep-rooted love for the art of wine-making and the rich history of the wine industry. Our journey to becoming Sacramento’s premier wine tour company is one that is filled with passion, hard work, and a dedication to providing the best possible experience to our guests.
Our story begins with our founder, Paul London, who has a background in fine dining and hospitality that spans over 10 years. Born and raised in the UK, Paul arrived in the United States with a desire to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. He started at the bottom, working in small bistro cafes in Folsom, and gradually worked his way up to some of the world’s best Michelin star restaurants in San Francisco. Paul’s hard work and dedication paid off when he had the opportunity to serve some of the most prestigious guests, including President Barack Obama and Elon Musk, during his time at Spruce SF.
However, the pandemic brought a change in direction for Paul. With the world slowing down, he saw this as an opportunity to reflect on his career and what he truly wanted to pursue. He made the decision to relocate to Sacramento, where he could focus on further developing his wine knowledge and tastes. Paul has always had a love of travel, adventure, and the outdoors, and it was during this time that the idea for NapSac Wine Tours was born.

Our tours are designed to showcase the rich and diverse wine country of California, and our knowledgeable and experienced guides, led by Paul, are passionate about sharing their love for wine with you.
