Before We Ride…
What You Need to Know Before Booking a Tour
Thank you for joining NapSac Wine Tours for your exclusive, personalized tour of California's wine country! Please read these Terms and Conditions fully, as your participation implies you agree to the following:
- NapSac Wine Tours are not responsible for your health, welfare or safety any time that you are outside of the tour vehicle. Please remain alert and aware of any potential hazards out in the vineyards and wineries.
- We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a tour at any time for any reason at our own discretion. If the tour is terminated at any point then we reserve the right to not issue any refunds.
- NapSac Wine Tours will organize your travel time to try and coincide with your flight departures or any events you will be attending afterward. However, we accept no financial or legal responsibility for missed departures or late arrivals to events for any reasons out of our control. This includes but is not limited to traffic, breakdown, flat tires, weather, accidents, or acts of god.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of any one specific driver. Although you may have booked a tour with one driver in mind or specifically requested, we reserve the right to change your tour driver based on our personal and scheduling needs.
- NapSac Wine Tours is a concierge service that is responsible for booking your tour arrangements and wine tasting reservations. Our transportation service is a complimentary addition to the tour to make sure you can attend the wine tastings we have booked on your behalf. We are not a transportation company and we do not charge by the mile or by the hour or use the same set route.
- We cannot be held responsible for your activity after the completion of the tour. Please do not drink and drive, and do not consume more than your safe personal limit.
- Please note that any spillage, excessive mess, or vomiting in the tour vehicle can and very likely will lead to cleaning charges. We reserve the right to bill customers for any detailing charges that become necessary AND vehicle rental fees if necessary that result from customer spillage and/or vomiting and/or any other impact that renders a tour vehicle inoperable.
- Cancellations made 21 days (3 weeks) or more prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost. Cancellations made within 21 days of the tour date are non-refundable. You may reschedule your tour one time for a fee of $200, provided notice is given seven days prior to your scheduled tour date. The new date will be subject to availability. If you are unable to attend your tour, you may transfer your reservation to another guest at no additional charge. Please notify us in advance with the new guest’s details. Any prepaid tasting fees or third-party charges will be subject to the individual winery’s cancellation policy. Refunds for these fees are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of the winery.
- Lunch is not provided by NapSac Wine Tours during your trip. We will build a timed stop into the day's plans for you to enjoy some lunch at a destination of our choosing. You release NapSac Wine Tours from any liability regarding the consumption of food and snacks during the tour. The customer is solely responsible for accommodating any allergies. Please assume that all food prepared in a lunch stop venue also prepares wheat, gluten, nuts, cheese, dairy, eggs, soy, shellfish, and other potential allergens. Cross contamination with any of these substances is possible. If the customer has any known allergies to these items, they should make their own arrangements for food during the tour.
- By participating in a tour or experience with us, you grant permission for photos, videos, and other media captured during the tour to be used by NapSac Wine Tours (and its affiliates) for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This may include use on our website, social media channels, digital advertising, and printed materials. This applies to all tour types booked through our company.
Please pace yourself, stay hydrated, stay fed, wear sturdy shoes, and most of all — have fun!
